Steal my Claude Code Ticket System to Solve Code’s It’s Biggest Problem

I’ve been using Claude Code to build a bunch of projects lately, and there’s one friction point that kept driving me nuts: you have to be sitting at your desk to make updates. If I’m out somewhere and think “oh, this feature needs to change,” I’d scribble it in a notes app, try to remember it later, or fire up Dispatch just to log a request. It was messy and slow.

So I built a simple ticket system that lives inside my own apps. Now when I want to request a change, I click a button in the app itself, describe what I need, and it gets queued up. When I get back to my desk, I run one slash command in Claude Code and it pulls in all those requests, prioritizes them, and helps me ship everything in a batch. No more scattered notes. No more paying for a help desk tool I don’t need.

How the Claude Code Ticket Queue Works

I demo the whole thing in the video using Julep, the FileMaker replacement I’ve been working on. You hit a change request button, type out what you want, and the system logs it with a timestamp and status. On the backend, there’s a simple command that fetches all pending requests and feeds them into Claude so you can review, prioritize, and execute changes all at once. Everything stays inside your project—no third-party services required.

I’m giving away the files for free so you can drop this into any Claude Code project you’re working on. There’s a setup document included that walks through how to wire it up. If you’re building apps with Code and you’re tired of the “desk-only” workflow, this should save you a lot of headaches.
